Our Mission is to bring the people in our community together to enjoy great coffee while also being ethical and sustainable for our planet! We believe we can make a difference one mug at a time, and we hope you will join us!
We are an Italian style cart. We hope you will enjoy the types of drinks and sizes you would traditionally see served in Italy.
We are currently able to accept cash payments or market tokens at this time. You can find our coffee cart every Saturday this January - April, 9AM to Noon.

With over 10 years of barista experience and a Q grading certificate, I (Beth) have spent countless hours perfecting the art of coffee. For me, coffee isn’t just a drink; it’s an experience. Growing up in Dubuque, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of community and connection, which is why we believe in creating an environment where everyone can appreciate the quality and care in every cup we serve.
Tyson, my husband and the heart of our roasting process, brings his culinary background and two years of professional roasting to every batch of beans. Growing up in Europe, Tyson was immersed in Italian coffee culture, but it wasn’t until we met in 2020 that he truly discovered his love for coffee. Today, his expertise and international perspective shape the unique flavors and profiles of our light roasts, which we believe are often overlooked in the market.
Our coffee is more than just a product; it’s a journey. We are passionate about transparency and ensuring our customers have a true farm-to-cup experience. By focusing on light-roasted coffee, we aim to highlight the nuanced flavors of the terroir (define the word), offering a fresh perspective on what coffee can be. We’re committed to sustainable practices and building relationships with farmers who share our values, so you can enjoy a cup that’s not only flavorful but ethical too.
